Marsha Keefer is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in both retail and non-profit industries. With an Associates in Business and over 19 years of experience in retail, Keefer has honed exceptional leadership skills and a strong understanding of the industry. Throughout her career in retail, she has held multiple leadership positions, providing guidance, and direction to teams, increased sales, and has extensive experience in human resources; contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

In addition to Keefer’s retail experience, she spent six years working at South Michigan Food Bank (SMFB), where she made a significant impact on the community. Her passion for helping others, and strategic thinking, allowed SMFB to implement new programs, initiatives, and partnerships. She cultivated a healthy and professional culture, built a talented and diverse team, and overall, greatly improved the food bank's reach and effectiveness.

Keefer is a forward-thinking individual, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive results. Her strategic approach and ability to think outside the box have proven invaluable in both retail and non-profit careers.
