Stepheni Willis serves as the Director of Communications and Fund Development for FBCM. In this role, Willis manages all aspects of communications for the Council as well as developing and implementing strategies for engaging businesses and corporations in support of FBCM’s fundraising efforts.

Prior to joining the FBCM, Willis worked in the communications and public relations field for a variety of entities including Michigan State University Federal Credit Union; United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 951; Michigan Association of Realtors; Michigan Lottery; Michigan Department of Human Services; AARP Michigan; Accident Fund Holdings; Michigan State University; Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity; and the Michigan Works! Association.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Michigan State University.
