Michelle Drolett serves as a SNAP Helpline Specialist.  In this role, she is responsible for assisting clients that are seeking to connect to resources and services through our statewide helpline, to support FBCM’s efforts to increase access to food assistance in Michigan.

Drolett has worked in customer service for over 20 years in many environments and enjoys helping people.  She especially enjoys one-on-one assistance where she can really connect with individuals and linking callers in need of resources with local assistance is a perfect fit for her.  She graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology and Biology, and her hobbies include reading, hiking, gardening, and time with her family.
