Blueprint To End Hunger - The solution to hunger in America is not a secret. We have both the knowledge and the tools. If we apply them with energy and fierce determination, we can end hunger in our country. National Anti-Hunger Organizations (NAHO) put together this working document, toward a final blueprint to end hunger, based on the principles outlined in the Millennium Declaration to End Hunger in America, issued by NAHO, December 2003.

Nationwide State Food Bank Association Directory - A detailed, 26-page directory of all of the state associations. If you only need contact information, use the Food Bank State Association List.

The Consequences of Hunger and Food Insecurity for Children - A detailed report on the effects of childhood hunger, prepared by the Center on Hunger and Poverty, Heller School for Social Policy and Managment at Brandeis University.

The Paradox of Hunger and Obesity in America - A joint report by the Center on Hunger and Poverty and the Food Research and Action Center (FRAC), examines the emerging and seemingly paradoxical relationship between hunger, food insecurity and obesity. The report examines the health risks of both hunger/food insecurity and obesity and how both of these serious threats can co-exist in the same household. The analysis highlights recent research and describes how lack of adequate resources for food can contribute to weight gain.
