Potential multi-million dollar effort aims to connect farmers with those who need food

Right now, Michigan has a lot of people who are hungry.

They are what's called food insecure. They may not know where their next meal is coming from.

At the same time, Michigan has a lot of farmers capable of growing a lot of healthy fresh food.

There is an effort underway, that could cost millions of dollars, to get those that are hungry and those that grow connected.
